We are seeking skilled Carpenters & Framers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, Metal and other materials. The ideal candidates will have experience with framing, rough carpentry, and the ability to read blueprints and follow building plans with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, frameworks, and fixtures (such as walls, roofs, and floors) for both residential and commercial properties.

  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials using hand tools and power tools.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine project specifications and requirements.

  • Ensure all carpentry work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members, contractors, and project managers.

  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Hours
General start times are to report and be ready for work at 7am and generally the day ends at 3:30pm unless otherwise noted by your supervisor.

Also, must be able and willing to work on Saturdays when needed as deemed by Customer & Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter & Framer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, both hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Osha 10 certification or other relevant training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Apprenticeship or formal training in carpentry or framing.

  • Previous experience with residential or commercial construction projects.

  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent

  • NFPA hot works certification

  • Ma Hoisting 1C
